Rochelle Hardiman

Rochelle Hardiman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Experience at Copperleaf since March 2018. Prior roles at Copperleaf include Director of Employee Experience, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Global Manager of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Rochelle is active as a Crisis Line Volunteer at Chimo Community Services since August 2023. Previous experience includes consultancy roles at Hanover and Thomson Keene Associates. Academically, Rochelle is pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College London and has earned numerous certifications, including in Inclusive Leadership from LSE and various yoga teacher trainings in Canada, India, and Thailand.
