Coppermine
Sean Martin has extensive experience in soccer coaching, currently serving as Head Coach for the 2009 Boys NAL Team and 2013 Boys Blue Team at Coppermine since April 2025, and as Staff Coach for the 2011 Girls Team at the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association since September 2024. Previously, Sean held various coaching roles at Loudoun Soccer, including Assistant Director of Coaching for Boys U13-U19 and Head Coach of multiple teams, achieving notable success in tournaments and earning recognitions such as Loudoun Soccer Travel Coach of the Year in 2019. Other coaching positions include Director of Soccer Operations for Virginia Tech Men's Soccer and Assistant Coach for James Madison University Men's Soccer, where significant achievements included NCAA tournament qualifications. Sean's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Sport and Recreation Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from James Madison University.
