Kathleen O'Malley

Kathleen O'Malley is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in application development and strategic management. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Application Development at CopperPoint Insurance Companies since October 2015, Kathleen oversees an IT budget of $28M and a project budget exceeding $40M, managing a diverse team of 45 across multiple agile and business intelligence teams. Prior to this role, Kathleen spent 30 years at Nationwide in various capacities, culminating in the position of Director of IT Applications, where responsibilities included executing strategies to support core systems through multiple development and middleware teams. Kathleen's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Scottsdale Community College.
