Tasha Garcia is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in benefits management and payroll processing. Currently serving as the Benefits and HRIS Manager at CopperPoint Insurance Companies since September 2019, Tasha collaborates with the HR team on various benefits functions and acts as a liaison for employees regarding claims and eligibility issues.
