Mena Mikhail

Mena Mikhail is the Founder and Managing Director of HEVEN™ Group, a firm focused on connecting strategy with results through disciplined execution, established in July 2020. In addition, Mena serves as a Board Director for Coptic Orphans in the USA, which has significantly impacted the lives of thousands of children in Egypt, and in Australia for ELWise, delivering innovative solutions to early learning centers. Mena is also an Advisor for DIVEST MERGE ACQUIRE, specializing in corporate advisory for SME mergers and acquisitions, and a Managing Director at MKMgt, overseeing diverse investments across multiple sectors. As a member of YPO, Mena engages with a community of chief executives, and previously held roles including Accelerator in the Entrepreneurs' Organization and Board Member at St. Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church. Mena's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from La Trobe University.
