Amy Taylor

Amy Taylor has extensive experience in library and information services, currently serving as Manager of Platform Operations and previously as Supervisor of Advanced Reference Services at Copyright Clearance Center since June 2011. Prior to that, Amy held multiple roles at Infotrieve from 1994 to June 2011, including Information Services/Reference Manager and Onsite Operations Supervisor. Amy's earlier experience includes serving as a Substitute Librarian at Brighton District Library from September 2007 to December 2012 and as an On-Call Librarian at Dakota County Libraries from August 2001 to August 2004. Amy holds a degree in Library and Information Science from Wayne State University (1995-1999) and a Bachelor of Science in Family Community Services from Michigan State University (1990-1994).
