Brenda Graffum

Brenda Graffum has extensive experience in data analysis and management, currently serving as a Publisher Data Analyst in both Data Engineering and Data Systems at the Copyright Clearance Center since March 2011. In these roles, Brenda coordinates strategic data acquisitions to enhance CCC’s inventory and acts as a subject matter expert on technical metadata and content delivery. Previously, Brenda held positions as a Senior Data Specialist in Data Systems and Rightsholder Data, where responsibilities included creating business requirements and managing Microsoft Access databases. Brenda's earlier experience includes leadership at EBSCO Publishing as a Team Leader in Serials and a Serials Coordinator, along with library assistance roles at Saint Anselm College. Brenda holds a B.A. in English Literature and a Certificate in Communication Theory from Saint Anselm College.
