Cosmin Ghinoiu

Cosmin Ghinoiu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service delivery and project management. Currently serving as Lead Client Service Delivery Manager at Copyright Clearance Center since June 2017, Cosmin oversees a portfolio of corporate clients, providing software account management and technical support. Previous roles at CCC include Client Service Delivery Manager and Associate Project Manager II, where improvements in processes and resource allocation were achieved. Prior to CCC, Cosmin was a freelance web developer, utilizing a diverse skill set in front-end development, digital marketing, and technical writing. Cosmin’s earlier experience includes serving as a Statistician and Technical Specialist for the Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association, where responsibilities included data collection and collaboration with various institutions. Cosmin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cybernetics, Statistics, and Economic Informatics from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucuresti, and has completed additional IT training.
