David Foster

David Foster is the current Director at Copyright Clearance Center. David has over 20 years of experience in the industry, having served on the Board of Directors for the Specialized Information Publishers Association/SIIA, Outsell Inc, and Business Valuation Resources. David is also a Trustee Emeritus at Bates College and was President of IOMA, Inc from October 1982 to November 2005.

David Foster is currently a Ph.D candidate in English Language and Literature/Letters at the University of Colorado Boulder. David has also earned an MA in English from the University of Wyoming and a BS in English from Bates College.
