Prior to this role, Lang held CEO positions at UP Health System - Portage from March 2015 to September 2017 and United Hospital District, Inc. from December 2007 to March 2015. Additionally, Lang worked as Administrator at Milbank Area Hospital/Avera Health from September 2003 to December 2007.
