Ibet Payan

Ibet Payan is a seasoned professional in education and event management with a robust background in student recruitment and account management. Currently serving as a Staff Associate Senior at Miami Dade College since April 2024, Ibet previously managed account relationships at Cor-Events while orchestrating diverse events. Ibet's teaching experience includes roles as a Middle School Civics Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, focusing on differentiated instruction, and as an educator at Everglades Preparatory Academy, where individualized lesson plans catered to students with specific needs. Ibet has also contributed as a Student Success Coach through City Year and held various positions during college, emphasizing community building and diversity initiatives.
