Aaron Murphy

Aaron Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aaron started their career as a Freelance Broadcast Assistant at Shannonside Northern Sound Radio, where they assisted with broadcasts and operated audio consoles. Aaron then worked as a Marketing Assistant at The Dock, providing support in social media marketing. Later, they joined Born Fashions as a Retail Assistant, where they operated the till, assisted customers, and managed stock areas. Aaron also gained experience in the design field through freelance work as a Designer. Aaron further enhanced their design skills at MLS Labels, first as a Junior Graphic Designer, where they created label designs and managed printing processes, and later as an Administrator/Systems Support Engineer, handling support calls, technical assistance, and order processing. Currently, Aaron is working at Cora Systems as a Digital Content Designer, responsible for designing marketing materials, managing events, and coordinating external service providers.

Aaron Murphy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Design in Digital Media from the Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus, which they attended from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Audio Visual Media Technology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Aaron also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in January 2023.
