Gary Steininger currently serves as the Director of Food and Beverage at Montreux Golf & Country Club since May 2023, and also contributes as a Golf Coach at Coral Academy of Science-Reno from February 2021. Previously, Gary held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Tamarack Casino for one year and served as the Restaurant and Wine Director at Silver Legacy Resort Casino for 15 years, where talents in recruitment, training, and restaurant operations for Eldorado Resorts, Incorporated were demonstrated. Gary holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which was obtained between 1986 and 1991.
