Prax Dasallas

Prax Dasallas is an experienced chef currently working at Coral Expeditions since January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Chef De Partie at Meraas from July 2017 to December 2018, where involvement in the pre-opening team of Toro + Ko, a Spanish tapas outlet in Dubai, took place. Previously, Prax held the position of Sr. Chef de Partie at LALUZ Dubai, contributing to the pre-opening of La Luz Restaurant and Club LLC, which showcased molecular gastronomy influences. Additional roles include Kitchen Supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager at Magnolia Restaurant Management Incorporated, and Production Controller and Quality Assurance Manager at Wooden Bakery Company Limited, focusing on pre-opening activities for various brands. Prax holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology from Bicol University.
