Susie Luo

Susie (Shuixi) Luo is a skilled production estimator with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently working at Coral Homes since June 2021 as a production estimator and previously as a production estimator cadet, Susie has developed strong expertise in Databuild and Blue Beam, assisting in the preparation and process of purchase orders and supporting production estimators. Earlier experience includes a role as a production estimator assistant at Coral Homes, where responsibilities involved setting up documentation and gaining insights into construction contracts and cost implications. Susie also held the position of project manager at Chongqing Financing of Cultural Industry Co. Ltd., providing professional advice on loan products and conducting investment research. Susie holds a master's degree in construction practice from Bond University and a bachelor's degree in economic criminalistics from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
