Michael Baker

Michael Baker has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Outlet Manager for Coral Hospitality since May 2015, overseeing operations at Margaritaville Café within the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. This resort is inspired by the themes of singer Jimmy Buffett and is located on the renowned Hollywood Beach Broadwalk in Greater Fort Lauderdale. Prior to this role, Michael Baker worked as the Restaurant Manager at IMC Margaritaville from March 2007 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing restaurant operations, finances, inventory, staff, and guest relations. Michael Baker pursued higher education at the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2009.
