Dharmveer Singh Shekhawat

Dharmveer Singh Shekhawat has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles within the IT sector. Currently an Engineer at Coral Telecom Ltd since September 2014, focusing on Wi-Fi and telephone exchange support, Dharmveer has also held positions as an Assistant Engineer at 3i Infotech Consultancy Services Ltd and as a Desktop Support Engineer (L2) at Jubilant Industries Ltd since March 2013 and August 2011, respectively. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and networking issues, installing various Windows operating systems, providing executive end-user support, and managing user accounts and security. Earlier experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Prithvi Network Company involved hardware and network troubleshooting and operating system installation. Dharmveer holds dual BSc IT degrees from Bhilwara and Swift College of IT & Management, completed in 2009.
