Toni Repetti

Toni Repetti has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Toni is currently working as the Regional Vice President of Finance at CoralTree Hospitality since November 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Finance & Accounting at Soleil Management from August 2022 to November 2023.

From 2008 to 2022, Toni owned Repetti Consulting, where they provided financial acumen coaching and training to hospitality personnel. Their coaching involved one-on-one training and guidance to improve P&L and analytics knowledge, as well as group training to assist organizations in making better business decisions.

Toni has also been involved in academia. Toni worked at UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality, starting as an Adjunct Professor in May 2012 and eventually becoming an Associate Professor from July 2018 to June 2022. Toni also served as the Interim Department Chair from July 2020 to June 2021 and as the Director of Master of Hospitality Administration from July 2017 to June 2020. Their teaching and research focus on managerial finance, financial analysis, operational analysis, revenue management, and profit maximization.

Additionally, Toni was an Instructor at UNLV International Gaming Institute from October 2010 to June 2019 and an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management from August 2011 to May 2012.

Before entering academia, Toni worked as a Strategic Planning Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from August 2010 to November 2010, and as the Manager of Strategic Planning & Analysis at Ameristar Casinos from August 2007 to August 2008. Toni also had a role as a Project Manager at Infor from 2005 to 2007.

Toni Repetti holds a PhD in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which was obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Business from Colorado State University, completing it from 1999 to 2001. Their undergraduate education was at UNLV Lee Business School, where they earned a BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance, completing it from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their degrees, Toni has obtained several certifications in various fields such as accounting, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau, online teaching, and financial accounting.
