Francesca Para

Francesca Para is an accomplished professional in talent management and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Corax since November 2023. Previously, Francesca held the position of Talent Manager at Gruppo Mondadori and IDA, contributing to talent development from January 2023 to December 2023 and May 2021 to January 2023, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as Influencer Manager and Partnership Development Executive at Tradedoubler from December 2019 to May 2021, and as the Responsabile web marketing at ALBERTI e SANTI in late 2017. Francesca's educational background includes a Master's degree in Brand Management and Communication from Istituto Europeo di Design and a Laurea triennale in Economia aziendale with a specialization in Marketing Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. A solid foundation was established with a High School Diploma in Scientifico from Liceo Galileo Galilei.
