Shoshanah Vaughn, SHRM-CP has worked in the Human Resources field since 2003. Shoshanah began their career in 2003 as a Summer Youth Assistant for the Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance. In 2004, they worked as a Teller for Washington Mutual, where they supervised new HIPs (High School Intern Program students) and completed customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc. In 2006, they worked as a Programming/Operations Assistant for WUSF Public Broadcasting, where they were responsible for data entry and strong computer skills, editing and correcting personnel information, and collaborating with well-known radio show hosts. From 2007 to 2010, they worked for the University of South Florida as an Orientation Team Leader, executing entertaining campus tours for students and families, creating and facilitating 40-minute sessions on academic success, and supervising and educating 400+ students and families on various USF topics. In 2011, they worked for Smart Circle International as an FW1 Marketing Rep (Leader), where they enthusiastically promoted FW1 Waterless Wash & Wax and earned a minimum of $300 in daily production from customers. Shoshanah also worked as an Event Coordinator, where they booked 8-15 new events per week and discovered new locations for FW1 Marketing Reps to promote FW1 products. Additionally, they worked as an Office Manager, Recruiter, and Social Media Officer, where they recruited qualified candidates for Marketing and Sales & Promotions departments and oversaw the daily internal operations of the company. From 2013 to 2015, they worked for Village Chiropractic & Healing Arts Center as a Patient Care Coordinator & Manager-in-Training, managing all Front Desk Operations and training new Administrative Personnel. In 2015, they worked for Physical Chiropractic of Tampa Bay as a Chiropractic Office Manager & HR Dept of 1. Since 2022, they have worked for Corban OneSource as a Human Resources Specialist, assisting the company and various clients across several industries with daily HR functions, specializing in LOAs (Leaves of Absence), developing new leave processes, and maintaining compliance & ethics. Additionally, they have worked for CareerSource Tampa Bay as a Career Coach for the Tampa Bay Summer Hires Youth Program since 2022, where they are responsible for career/employment planning, job placement, program compliance, and case management of customers enrolled in the program.

Shoshanah Vaughn, SHRM-CP has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree transferred from the University of South Florida (USF) in 2013 from Northwood University - West Palm Beach, FL in Business Management (Administration). Shoshanah also holds a High School Diploma from Braulio Alonso High School, which they obtained in 2006. In 2022, Shoshanah obtained a Certification in HR Management from USF. Additionally, Shoshanah holds a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in December of 2022.
