Jeff Simmons

Jeff Simmons has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jeff is currently working as the Manager of Talent Acquisition, North America for Pernod Ricard since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the National Recruitment Specialist for Corby Spirit and Wine Limited, where they facilitated recruitment for various positions across Canada. Jeff also served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition for Pernod Ricard. Jeff has further experience in recruiting talent on contract with Corby Distilleries Ltd. and as the Owner of an Internet Start-Up. Jeff began their career as the Regional Recruiting Manager for G&K Services, where they handled full cycle recruiting and supported multiple plants. Jeff also had roles as an Account Manager, Service Manager, and Branch Manager at G&K Services Canada Inc. in which they managed customer relationships, oversaw P&L, and handled logistics, training, and staffing.

Jeff Simmons attended McMaster University from 1980 to 1984. Jeff pursued a field of study in Psychology during this period.
