Roland Braganza, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Roland is currently the Finance Manager in the Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate FP&A departments at Corby Spirit and Wine Limited since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at General Mills as a Finance Manager and Team Leader in the Yogurt Supply Chain Strategy team from 2015 to 2017.

Before joining General Mills, Roland worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles. Roland started as an Analyst in Brands Finance for Duracell from 2009 to 2011. Roland then became a Manager in Plant Accounting for the Swiffer Megabrand from 2011 to 2013. Later, they transitioned to Manager in Customer Team Finance for the Walmart Team from 2013 to 2015.

Roland began their career in finance as an Analyst in Finance Summer Internship at Procter & Gamble in 2008. Roland also worked as a Senior Analyst in Finance for Supply Chain at Loblaw Companies Limited from 2005 to 2007.

Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, specializing in Strategy and Finance. In the year 2008-2009, they also attended SDA Bocconi for an MBA program with a concentration in Strategy through an exchange program.
