Baiju Joseph Thalupadath has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in technology companies. Baiju Joseph currently serves as the Vice President of Cloud Operations and Infrastructure Technology at Corcentric since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Verizon where they held the positions of Head of DevOps Strategy, Business Products, and Head of TechOps (DevOps, Infrastructure & QE), Yahoo Small Business. At Verizon, they played a key role in defining the DevOps vision and roadmap for Verizon's API Developer Platform and implemented successful DevSecOps practices. Before Verizon, Baiju held director-level positions at Yahoo and was responsible for engineering and quality leadership in various domains, including Yahoo Web Hosting, Yahoo Small Business, Search & Marketplaces, and Yahoo Emerging Markets. Baiju Joseph also worked as a Senior QA Manager at Ariba and as a Manager of Software Engineering at Novell Inc. Baiju has demonstrated expertise in driving innovation, implementing automation practices, and leading teams across global locations.

Baiju Joseph Thalupadath has an M.S. degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Baiju Joseph also holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University. Additionally, they have a diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Baiju has obtained several certifications, including Cloud Architecture: Core Concepts from LinkedIn, Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines from LinkedIn, and Certified Scrum Product Owner / CSPO from Scrum Alliance in July 2013.
