Monica Tellado

Monica Tellado is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and commercial operations within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as President of Emerging Markets at Corcept Therapeutics since November 2023, Monica previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at HeartFlow, Inc. from April 2022 to July 2023. Monica's tenure at Gilead Sciences spanned nearly a decade and included roles as Senior Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations, where leadership of over 230 finance professionals was a key responsibility, as well as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Liver Disease Business Unit. Earlier in the career, Monica worked at Intel Corporation and Ford Motor Company in various finance-related roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and Middlesex University.
