Shahin Lavasani

Shahin Lavasani, PhD, PMP, is an experienced program and project management professional specializing in drug development and biomedical research. Currently serving as the Program Team Director (Lead) for Endocrinology at Corcept Therapeutics, Lavasani has held senior roles such as Sr. Director at Clover Biopharmaceuticals focusing on immuno-oncology, Director of Project Management at Gritstone Oncology with expertise in oncology drug development, and Director of Project Management at Adamas Pharmaceuticals for CNS drug development. Prior experience includes positions at Pfizer, Genomic Health, Life Technologies, and GE Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed cross-functional team management, product development, and alliance management. Lavasani holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from Arizona State University and an MS in Molecular Biology from the University of Tehran.
