Joe Chang

Joe Chang is a seasoned realtor currently with Corcoran Perry & Co. since April 2023, following a role as Real Estate Commissioner with the Colorado Real Estate Commission from April 2021 to April 2024. Chang has extensive experience in residential real estate, specializing in luxury homes, first-time home buyers, and investment properties, with previous positions as a Broker Associate/Realtor at PorchLight Real Estate Group and Live Urban Real Estate, Inc. between 2013 and 2023. Prior to a successful career in real estate, Chang worked as a Brand Manager at John Paul Mitchell Systems from 2008 to 2011. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Atmospheric Sciences from UCLA.
