Brad Vaughan

Brad Vaughan's work experience includes various roles in finance management and accounting. Brad is currently serving as the Finance Manager for North America at CORCYM since May 2021. Previously, they worked as a Finance Manager at Dish Network from 2018 to 2021, where they provided strategic direction and support to the CIO on operating expenses and capital investments. Brad also modernized finance and accounting functions and implemented rolling forecasts and flexible budgeting.

Before that, Brad worked as the Manager of FP&A for Americas Components at Arrow Electronics from 2017 to 2018. Brad supported the $5.5B Americas finance division and oversaw P&L and net working capital components. Brad also presented results to senior management and tracked key metrics.

Prior to Arrow Electronics, they held multiple roles at LivaNova from 2005 to 2016. As the Controller for the US Heart Valve Business Unit, Brad provided analysis and created analytical models to support business initiatives. Brad established and tracked key performance metrics to align with corporate goals. Brad also served as the US Corporate Controller and managed a team responsible for managerial and statutory reporting. Brad integrated acquisitions into the accounting group and reduced close time. Additionally, they were the General Accounting Supervisor, overseeing general accounting, FP&A, and reporting for US entities. Brad also served as the Senior Corporate Accountant, managing US general ledger and fixed assets under multiple accounting standards.

Brad began their career as an Internal Auditor-Consultant at Citizens Bank of Edmond from 2003 to 2005.

Brad Vaughan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Brad later pursued a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Brad has obtained various certifications such as the Certified Management Accountant from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in December 2016 and the Certified Corporate FP&A Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals in June 2016. Brad also holds the IMA Data Analytics & Visualization Fundamentals Certificate, which they obtained in April 2020 from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants. Lastly, Brad also has a Tableau Desktop Specialist certification, but no information is available regarding its completion date.
