Elisa Gillio

Elisa Gillio has a strong background in data management and IT systems. In their current role as a Data Management Leader at CORCYM, they are responsible for updating and maintaining data within the company's IT systems to meet financial, quality, logistics, and production needs. Elisa also develops design solutions, troubleshoots ERP BPCS and MES systems, and provides daily production support.

Prior to CORCYM, Elisa worked at LivaNova, where they held the position of Data Management Leader. Elisa performed similar responsibilities in updating and maintaining data within the company's IT systems, as well as providing production support for ERP BPCS and Camstar operations. Elisa also served as an e-DHR Specialist, and earlier in their career, they worked as a Junior Process Maintenance Engineering.

Before joining LivaNova, Elisa gained research experience as a Research Intern at Sorin Biomedica Cardio Srl. During this internship, they worked on the electropolishing reprocess of the Perceval-S sutureless aortic valve, achieving significant improvements in efficiency and cost savings. Elisa conducted laboratory tests to assess conductivity, weight loss variation, and dimensional variance of the stents.

Elisa began their career with a student internship at Intrauma S.r.l., where they analyzed hip fractures and focused on the Medoff Sliding Plate method of treatment.

Overall, Elisa has a diverse background in data management, IT systems, process engineering, and research, demonstrating their adaptability and expertise in various roles within the medical and manufacturing industries.

Elisa Gillio completed their education in a chronological order. From 2012 to 2015, they obtained their Master's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the same institution. Elisa'searlier education includes a High School diploma in Scientific Certificate from Liceo Scientifico Avogadro, Biella, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Elisa also obtained several certifications. In 2007, they obtained the European Computer Driving License (ECDL) from ECDL Foundation. In 2006, they received the Preliminary English Test (PET) from the University of Cambridge. In 2008, they acquired the International English Language Testing System (IELTS 5.5) certification also from the University of Cambridge.
