Leader, Supplier Quality Engineering at CORCYM

Salvatore Chianetta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Salvatore most recently worked as the Leader of Supplier Quality Engineering at CORCYM since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at LivaNova from September 2020 to May 2021, where they were responsible for leading the supplier quality function, ensuring compliance to ISO 13485 and notified bodies requirements.

Salvatore Chianetta's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Politecnico di Torino to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Salvatore completed their bachelor's degree in 2010.

Following their undergraduate studies, Salvatore continued their education at Politecnico di Torino and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2010 to 2013.

In 2012, Salvatore had the opportunity to conduct their Master degree final project at the "Center for Engineering Dynamics" at the University of Liverpool. The project focused on the topic of "Limit cycle oscillation on an aerofoil test rig."

Later on, from 2014 to 2016, Salvatore pursued an II level Master at Politecnico di Torino. The degree was in Advanced component engineering for powertrain.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Salvatore has obtained a certification as an IATF 16949:2016 - Second Party (Lead) Quality Auditor. This certification was received from DNV GL - Business Assurance Italia, although the month and year of obtaining it are not specified.
