Leah Williams

Leah Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Leah currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Cord, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Timu People as a Talent Partner, where they advised and hired for European seed-series C startups. At Deliveroo, Leah served as a Lead Recruiter from May 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Toptal and a Recruiter at Epic Games. Leah also worked at Google as a Recruiter, specializing in technical roles within Developer Relations and Partnerships teams. Leah began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Astreya Partners, where they recruited senior-level systems engineers and administrators. Throughout their career, Leah demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, assisting in establishing processes and meeting ambitious growth goals.

Leah Williams began their education at Sarah Lawrence College in 2004, where they studied Liberal Arts. Leah attended this institution until 2005. Subsequently, Leah pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2007 to 2010.
