Latif Bashardost

Latif Bashardost is a Country Director at Cordaid Afghanistan, bringing over 16 years of progressive experience in project and program management, particularly in peace-building and socioeconomic development for youth and vulnerable communities. With a strong background in managing diverse teams and implementing community-based programs, Latif has played key roles in various initiatives since 2005. Prior to their current role, Latif served as Programmes Director at Cordaid and held multiple positions at UNDP, The Asia Foundation, and the Ministry of Economy, Afghanistan, focusing on rehabilitation and empowerment efforts. Latif holds both a BBA and MBA in Management from F. Taylor University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Kabul University.
