Marvin Jones

Marvin Jones is currently the Mechanical Engineering Lead at Cordance Medical. Prior to this, they served in the US Navy for over 6 years in various leadership roles. Marvin's last role in the Navy was as the Commanding Officer of Naval Health Clinic Charleston, SC, where they were responsible for providing ambulatory and outpatient care services to 48,000 beneficiaries. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Officer of Naval Health Clinic Quantico VA, where they were responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to a beneficiary population of over 100,000 across two states and the District of Columbia. Marvin also served as the Chief Diversity Officer for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (Navy Medical Dept), where they developed and led strategic diversity and inclusion training and program implementation for the 45,000-member Navy Medicine enterprise world-wide.

Marvin Jones has a Bachelor of Science from Rollins College in Business Administration/Finance. Marvin also has a Master of Public Administration from Troy University in Healthcare Administration/Policy. Additionally, they have Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from Georgetown University.

Their manager is Ryan Dittamore, CEO. They are on a team with Chi-Yin Lee - Software Development Lead, Jonathan Hofius - Program Director, and Bhaskar Ramamurthy - CTO & Co-Founder.
