Charanjit Sandhu, P.Eng has a diverse range of work experience. Charanjit started their career as a Lab Assistant at the University of New Brunswick in 2008, where they worked until 2010. During this time, they also took on the role of Senior Design Project, demonstrating their ability to handle complex projects.

In 2011, Charanjit joined Datalog Technology as an LWT Field Engineer. Charanjit operated specialty memory-based logging tools and demonstrated excellent technical communication skills with on-site consultants and drilling personnel. Charanjit was later promoted to Intermediate Field Engineer and then Senior Field Engineer, where they were responsible for coordinating projects and troubleshooting downhole tools.

In 2016, Charanjit transitioned to Cordax Evaluation Technologies, where they initially served as a Field Test Coordinator - Mechanical Engineer. In this role, they excelled in managing equipment movements and coordinating projects. Charanjit later became the Lead Mechanical Engineer on a global scale, further showcasing their expertise in mechanical engineering.

Charanjit Sandhu, P.Eng has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, which was earned between 2005 and 2010. Before that, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Simonds High School where they obtained a High School Diploma.
