Dr. Patrick Ahlers

Dr. Patrick Ahlers is an accomplished professional in the field of chemistry with extensive experience in peptide synthesis. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Development and Teamleader Scientists at Corden Pharma since February 2020, Dr. Ahlers has also held roles as a Senior Scientist and Scientist in peptide synthesis within the same organization. Prior to this, a postdoctoral position was held at Siemens from December 2018 to February 2019, and Dr. Ahlers worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss at Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz from October 2015 to November 2018. Dr. Ahlers earned a Doctorate in Chemistry from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (2015-2019), complemented by a research internship at Monash University in 2014, a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Münster (2013-2015), and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Münster (2009-2013).
