Kim McDevitt

Kim McDevitt is an HSSE professional with over thirty years of experience in fostering a zero-incident culture across various industries, including medical devices, chemical manufacturing, and food and agriculture. Currently serving as the Head, Safety, Health, Environmental & Security at Corden Pharma, Kim is building a global team to advance EHS strategies aligned with business goals. Previous roles include Global Safety Director at BUNGE CORPORATION LIMITED and Global Director at Leadec, where Kim developed impactful safety strategies and initiatives. Kim holds a BA in Business Administration from Moravian University, an Associate's degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology, and is currently enrolled in the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
