Luca Rutigliano has a diverse work experience. Luca started their career in 2002 as an Executive Sous Chef at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel. Luca later became the President of the U.S. Women's Open in 2016. In 2019, Luca joined the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce as the Business and Education Chair - Board Of Directors and also became a Member of the Board Of Directors for LEADERSHIP GILROY. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Managing Director at CordeValle, and currently serves as an Advisor at Sway Ventures. Additionally, Luca is a Board Member at Visit California starting from 2022.

Luca Rutigliano's education history includes three notable institutions.
