Brendan DiBari

Brendan DiBari is a Senior Recruiter at Cordia Resources and is based in the Washington, DC office. He is responsible for full-cycle recruiting through sourcing, qualifying, and building long-term relationships with candidates in the financial and accounting industry.

Prior to working for Cordia Resources, Brendan worked as an Intervention Specialist for Fairfax County Public Schools. His abilities to build strong relationships with people, be adaptable, and work in a fast-paced environment have set a solid foundation to working in the recruiting and staffing field. Born and raised in Virginia, Brendan obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Virginia Wesleyan College. He was also a four-year member of the Varsity baseball team.

Brendan is an avid SF 49ers and NY Mets fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He lives in Manassas with his wife Becca and son Vincent.
