Dale Grossman

Dale Grossman joined Cordia Resources’ Senior Interim Management Consulting Practice as Managing Director and is based in the Tysons Corner Office. As a seasoned accounting and finance expert, Dale helps manage client relationships, assists in business development efforts, and supports the search and placement of interim high-level finance and accounting consultants for strategic and highly technical work. He brings over 35 years of expertise in accounting and finance working for companies with domestic and international operations, specifically in the technology, telecommunications, and in both the commercial and government contracting sectors.

Prior to joining Cordia Resources, Dale served as Controller for a Telecommunication startup launching satellites to establish a global telecommunications network for broadband internet services. Previous roles also include Vice President of Finance and Controller for a PE-owned provider of telecommunications solutions, services, and hardware, and multiple Controllership roles with a global information technology company. Dale started his career in public accounting with KPMG and spent time within corporate internal audit.

Dale was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a degree in Accounting. He currently resides in Ashburn, VA with his wife and son.
