Joe Broadwater

Joe Broadwater serves as the Director of Power Plant Operations at Cordia since February 2025. Previously, Broadwater held the position of Vice President of Operations and Maintenance at IMG Energy Solutions from July 2014 to February 2025, focusing on the development and operation of distributive generation across Pennsylvania, specifically in reciprocating engine natural gas-fired generation. Prior roles include Plant Manager at PIC Group, Inc. for a Wartsila natural gas facility, O&M Manager at NAES Corporation for a combined cycle facility, and Shift Supervisor at Covanta Energy in waste-to-energy facilities. Broadwater's career began in the U.S. Navy as a Machinist Mate 2nd Class, serving on multiple vessels during operations including Desert Storm. Education includes graduation from Bay City High School.
