Customer Success Team

The Customer Success Team at Cordic is dedicated to ensuring that clients effectively utilize the company's fleet management solutions to achieve their operational goals. Led by the Head of Customer Success, the team, which includes several Account Managers acting as Customer Champions, proactively engages with customers to provide support, training, and strategic insights. Their main objective is to drive user adoption, maximize the value derived from Cordic’s products, and maintain an exceptional customer retention rate.
