Brynne Schwabauer

Brynne Schwabauer currently serves as a Sr. Research and Development Engineer at Cordis since September 2024 and is actively participating as an OC Fellows Member in a leadership development program for diverse early career professionals since June 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Medtronic from June 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team for In Process Test Method Validation and serving as a subject matter expert for key technical processes. Additionally, Brynne held the position of Application Engineer at ALine Inc from June 2019 to March 2020, focusing on the design and fabrication of prototypes for microfluidic products. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
