Mike Konopka

Michael is responsible for overseeing each project team through design, construction document, and construction administration phases, along with general office operations.

With over 35 years of experience, he has a direct, detailed knowledge of the specifics of construction materials, methods, and sequencing of projects. His management skills in effecting quality control and technical standards throughout the design and construction phases have been essential to the success of firm projects, particularly in terms of design, scheduling and budget.

Michael organizes and participates in regular quality improvement meetings, which address many issues affecting the client's projects and the in-house operations. Michael conducts quality management meetings with each technical department and support group within the organization.

He is also instrumental in the firm's systems for controlling construction costs, continually monitoring budgets and cost estimates and reporting this information to the client.
