Laura Taylor

Laura Taylor is an experienced professional in park planning and development, currently serving as the Park Planning & Development Manager at Cordova Recreation and Park District since August 2013. In this role, Laura oversees the design, construction, renovation, and long-range planning of various parks, trails, and recreational facilities, ensuring compliance with District standards. Prior to this position, Laura held the title of Park Planning Manager at the City of St. George from July 2007 to June 2013 and worked as a Landscape Architect at Hodge & Associates, Inc. from February 1995 to July 2007. Earlier experience includes roles as a Landscape Designer/Estimator at Stanek's Landscape Services, Document Controller at Bechtel Corporation, and Assistant Facilities Designer at The Evergreen State College. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from The Evergreen State College between 1980 and 1984.
