Mauricio G. Kane

Mauricio is a Partner at Cordova Real Estate Ventures (“Cordova”) where he brings a dynamic approach to underwriting, operations and capital raising. Mauricio also takes primary responsibility for company and project marketing as well as for reviewing, improving and documenting business processes and tools to enhance consistency and efficiency throughout the company. Previously, Mauricio co-founded MXEQUITY (“MXEQUITY”), a firm that specializes in cross-border real estate investments between Mexico and Texas. Prior to MXEQUITY, Mauricio served on the Hines Global REIT (“Hines”) and Teacher Retirement System of Texas’ (“TRS”) real estate and private equity teams. He holds a B.B.A. degree in Real Estate Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
