Nicola Gillen

Nicola Gillen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing communications and governance. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and MD of Governance at Core, Ireland's largest marketing communications company, Nicola is responsible for establishing a sustainable governance structure that fosters growth and profitability. Previous roles include Managing Director of Hubble, where Nicola developed a comprehensive graduate program for new entrants in the advertising sector, and Head of Hubble at Mediavest. Earlier career experience includes positions as Account Director at Clear Blue Water and customer service roles at EBS Building Society. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Music from University College Dublin, as well as a Professional Diploma in Occupational Psychology from IBAT College Dublin.
