Daniel then transitioned to the role of Journals Department Manager at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, where they strategically managed subscription-based publications and implemented improvements to the supply chain and internal processes.

Following this, Daniel worked as the Division Manager of Publishing Software at RCP Consultants, where they designed and delivered strategic and operational management for the publishing business unit.
