David Penley

David Penley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years and covering various roles in program management, project management, and software development. David is currently working as a Principal Program Manager at CoreAVI, where they successfully aligned project deliverables with customer milestones and resolved a significant delay in delivery. Prior to this, David worked at Amazon as a Sr Program Manager, managing multiple concurrent projects and serving as a liaison between different teams. At T-Mobile, they held the position of Sr Technical Project Manager and coordinated efforts across divisions for medium-sized projects. David also served as the Director of Software Development at Consona Corporation, overseeing a large team and leading the development of flagship products. David began their career at Intel Corporation, initially working as a SW Technologist and later as a Software Development Manager, where they collaborated with Microsoft and ensured full support of Intel products in Microsoft operating systems. David also held managerial roles at Cirrus Logic, S3, Inc., NCR Microelectronics, and Mercury Computer Systems, where they managed development teams and established relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, they served as the Vice Chairman at VESA. Overall, David Penley has a solid background in program and project management, software development, technical leadership, and stakeholder coordination.

David Penley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in January 2011.
