Joe Guarracino

Joe Guarracino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, currently serving as Sr. Account Manager at NRI North America since February 2019, following the company's rebranding from Core BTS in April 2025. Prior to NRI, Joe held the same title at Core BTS and was a Sr. Solutions Account Manager at NWN Corporation from July 2011 to February 2019, where the focus was on delivering IT solutions and services to address business challenges. Joe's career began in sales at ePlus inc. and Promedia Technology Services, where expertise in SLED, Higher Education, K12, and local government markets was developed. Joe earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rowan University after attending St. John Neumann High School and Washington Township High School.
