Jeff is a key member of our onsite operations team at the Winkler Companies. With five years of experience in the water transfer industry, Jeff’s experience covers the following important topics: high flow municipal water well operations, lay flat deployment, poly line construction (including poly fusing), mobilizing and demobilizing above ground water impoundments, liner construction and repair, various welding techniques and heavy equipment operation. As a member of the Winkler Companies, Jeff is also responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.
