Jim Wadella has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jim started their career as a Telecom Engineer at NCR in 1984 and later became a Regional Manager at Electronic Data Systems in 1985. In 1997, Jim joined Ernst & Young LLC as a Partner in the National Advisory Services department, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they became the Managing Director - Heartland at Jefferson Wells from 2005 to 2011. During the same period, Jim also served as a Board Member/Sponsor at the National Association of Corporate Directors. In 2011, they became the Managing Member at Core Catalysts LLC.

Jim Wadella has an extensive education history. Jim first attended Fairmont East High School from 1974 to 1978. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati from 1978 to 1984. Subsequently, they obtained an MBA degree in Business from The University of Texas at Dallas, completing their studies in 1993. Lastly, Jim attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for Executive Management Training from 2005 to 2007, focusing on Management.
